Working principle of clutch booster:

When the clutch pedal is pressed, the hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure in the clutch master pump and then enters the clutch booster. At this point, the hydraulic oil works in the booster in two steps. All the way into the clutch booster hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil acts on the hydraulic piston, the hydraulic piston pushes the B rod forward. The left end of the hydraulic piston is sealed with a D-type rubber ring, and there are two hydraulic piston cups on the hydraulic piston to prevent oil leakage and seal.

The other path goes to the clutch booster control valve system. When the hydraulic system is working, the hydraulic oil pushes the relay valve. There are two cups on the piston of the relay valve, which both bear oil pressure and play a sealing role. The piston of the relay valve moves to the left to overcome the elasticity of the diaphragm return spring and lift valve spring. Close the exhaust port, open the lifting valve, the compressed air body enters the power cylinder, overcomes the spring of the power cylinder, and pushes the piston to the right together with the A and B push rods. At this time, the combination of oil pressure and air pressure plays a role in helping. In the case of no compressed air body in the car cylinder, the hydraulic system of the booster can also be operated separately, but it is more laborious to operate.
