| Working principle |
In the first stage (oil suction stage), the operating rod of the cab oil pump drives the manual plunger to slide upward through the drive shaft and the CAM mechanism, the volume formed between the manual plunger and the pump cover becomes larger, the larger volume generates negative pressure, and the hydraulic oil in the oil pump tank enters the plunger cavity through the check valve at the bottom of the plunger due to the action of atmospheric pressure. At the same time, the check valve on the phase valve is closed due to the double action of the negative pressure in the plunger cavity and the spring on the check valve, which prevents the return of the oil pressure liquid in the tubing.
In the second stage (oil pressure stage), the operating rod of the cab oil pump through the drive shaft and CAM mechanism drives the manual plunger to slide downward, the volume formed between the manual plunger and the pump cover becomes smaller, the plunger compressions the hydraulic oil to produce pressure, and the check valve at the bottom of the plunger closes due to the pressure of the oil and the gravity of the steel ball itself. At the same time, because the pressure of the oil in the plunger chamber rises, the force on the steel ball acting on the oil is greater than the spring force, and the check valve is opened. Due to the presence of load at the oil outlet, the pressure at the outlet increases. The outlet pressure of the cab lift pump is determined by the load.
